Brea served on The Seminole Newspaper staff from 2014-2017. Her roles included photographer, multimedia manager (2015-2016) and editor-in-chief (2016-17).

DAY IN THE LIFE: Track Edition
Reporters Adrian De Guzman and Taylor Harris teamed up for a day in the life of track. Along the way, the duo met passionate runners and learned about the level of dedication that’s required to succeed. This film was produced by The Seminole Newspaper and Seminole High School’s Television Production: Directing, filming and editing- Aida Lashinsky, Editor-in-Chief Filming and sound- Jamie Griffith, TV Production Filming and photographing- Brea Jones, Multimedia Manager On-screen participant 1- Adrian De Guzman, Reporter and Co-Activities Manager On-screen participant 2- Taylor Harris, Reporter Thanks to Seminole’s Boys and Girls track teams for making this film possible. Brea designed over five pages for the award-winning 2015 Salmagundi Yearbook.

My First Play

Shuffling by Ken Preuss

Originally preformed at Greenwood Lakes Middle School in Lake Mary, Fl on Nov, 19 2010 by Jr. Thespian troupe 88148.

Brea’s first play was at Greenwood Lakes Middle School located in Lake Mary, Fl. She was casted as the understudy of the one act, Shuffling by Ken Preuss. Two cast members dropped from one act and Brea went from understudy to playing two characters or “songs.” She has participated in over 5 productions with the Seminole High School theater company as House Director. In 2017, Brea performed in a group pantomime titled, “The Dolls” with the Thespian Troupe 3266. The performance won straight superiors.
