Those looking for unique crafts, produce and more made locally have a new option.
Whispering Oaks Winery in Oxford is the site of a new market that will be held on the first and third Sundays of each month through the end of the year.
It joins other new and established markets throughout the area that offer a chance to get to know the people behind the products.
The Sunday market at Whispering Oaks Winery will feature crafts, home decor, food vendors, local merchants and live music, and it is family and pet friendly.
“Our Sundays in September will start small with 30 vendors, while October through December will feature 50 plus vendors,” said Brett Cecere, event organizer.
